However, LLI Design is unique in that we offer a complete, in house construction and project management service, from concept to completion, through our sister company Pegasus Property, with whom we share ownership, management, offices and technical staff.

Pegasus Property’s expertise in high end residential construction, provides LLI Design with invaluable hands on practical knowledge and technical understanding, which we believe is unmatched in the London high end residential interior design sector.
Our unique vertical integration allows us to offer seamlessly designed and executed projects with a single point of contact for our clients.
This is particularly popular with clients who have limited time availability to source, iterate, appoint, coordinate and liaise with 3rd party contractors and multiple 3rd party consultants.
We do not describe this offering as “design & build” as we feel that is a term used to describe rather pedestrian design offerings paired with building work. Instead we offer our multi award winning design services in conjunction with our market leading bespoke construction services.
By challenging the traditional approach of separate design, project management and construction and adopting an approach where all these services are under a single point of control, we are able to make projects more manageable and successful ensuring that the construction process works seamlessly and that schemes are implemented as designed, taking away stressful elements and allowing our clients to enjoy the whole process whilst achieving the highest level of performance and quality.
