Working closely with Linda and our interior, landscape and lighting designers, our skilled architectural design team ensure that the synergy and connection between architecture and interior design is seamless, ensuring that a holistic aesthetic is created throughout the property.
We are well versed in complex planning, local authority consent and conservation matters. Our planning accomplishments include awarded consents for alterations and amendments to grade II* star listed properties; cutting-edge architectural new build developments on difficult multi-faceted sites with complex overlooking and right of light issues.
LLI Design were instrumental in facilitating the award of an English Heritage Blue Plaque at one of our projects.
